Founded two decades ago by brothers Jack and Juda, Jay Properties grew from a shared vision to build spaces that inspire, enable and empower success.

With roots in residential brokerage and unyielding entrepreneurial grit, the founders have led the firm as it expanded into a sprawling portfolio of commercial and retail properties, with a specialty in flexible workspaces.

Jack Sour is a Partner at Jay Properties, which he co-founded in 2008. With an entrepreneurial background in business, Jack played a key role in launching Jay Suites and later expanding into the corporate meeting & event spaces with Jay Conference, both of which now operate under the Jay Properties umbrella. He holds a degree in Finance from Baruch College and a Masters in Real Estate Finance from New York University. Jack’s sharp business instincts, combined with his disciplined approach to operations and growth, have helped position Jay Properties as a trusted provider of flexible real estate solutions to a global clientele.

Juda Srour is a Partner at Jay Properties, which he co-founded in 2008 alongside his brother Jack. Starting with a background in residential real estate, Juda led the expansion of Jay Suites into one of New York City’s most recognized names in flexible office space, and later diversified the company’s offerings with Jay Conference, a premium meeting and event space provider. Both divisions operate under the Jay Properties umbrella. Juda’s entrepreneurial vision and deep market insight have guided the company’s long-term growth, serving a diverse and international client base that spans startups, Fortune 500 companies, and government entities.
